Registered Nurse Oncology
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Oncology

Schedule / Job Type
- Days shift, contract (12-hour rotating days and nights), no set schedule, flexibility required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to oncology patients on mixed acuity PCU and MS units
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications per chemotherapy certification requirements
- Monitor patient conditions, including telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Manage central lines, PICC lines, and feeding tubes
- Recognize and respond to rapid response situations using established protocols
- Support patients undergoing complex procedures such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical and Oncology experience
- Chemotherapy certification (either current or obtained within a specified timeframe)
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification
- Experience with allogeneic, autologous, or syngeneic stem cell transplants
- Knowledge of hematologic malignancies and related diagnoses
- Proficiency in complex IV access management and blood product administration
