X-ray / Radiologic Technician
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment such as GE and Siemens machines.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical record systems, specifically EPIC.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality diagnostic services.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray or Radiologic Technician.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.
- Experience with GE and Siemens imaging equipment.
- Ability to work every third weekend and on-call as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with PACS systems.
- Familiarity with portable imaging procedures.
- EPIC experience is required.
