Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in an AL/IL and Memory Care community.
• Assess residents' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support resident wellbeing.
• Support rehab activities in a well-equipped therapy gym.
• Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Michigan.
• Ability to work daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in senior living or memory care settings preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in assisted living or memory care community.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and rehabilitation programs.

Additional Notes
- Salary range: $35/hr to $44/hr.
- Position offers a 10% salary placement fee.
- No weekend rotation required.
