Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures within a busy operating room environment.
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
• Support surgical teams during procedures, handling instruments and equipment.
• Maintain operating room readiness and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to facilitate efficient patient care.
Required Qualifications
• Valid CST or surgical technician certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of surgical tech experience.
• Experience with orthopedic, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, or trauma procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Meditech, is a plus.
• Ability to work a 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule, with weekend and on-call availability.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in neuro/spine, orthopedic trauma, robotics surgeries, or plastics.
• Familiarity with Level 1 trauma standards.
• Strong team player with adaptable personality.
