Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days shifts
• 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10 schedules (flexible)
• Must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• 13-week or 6-month commitment preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Schedule approximately 2 treatments per hour, with a typical patient load of 55-63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Ensure documentation complies with clinic standards in Raintree EMR
• Maintain patient care quality and follow clinic protocols

Required Qualifications
• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Proficiency with Raintree EMR system
• Ability to work evenings until 7:00 PM at least twice per week
• Willingness to complete three HealthStream modules prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient or similar therapy settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
