Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory for procedures related to coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary interventions and peripheral procedures.
- Support patients receiving pacemaker implants and management.
- Ensure proper documentation using electronic charting systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality cardiac care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a cardiac cath lab or electrophysiology setting.
- Valid state license or pending license with application submitted.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS.
- ARRT certification, Fluoroscopy permit, or willingness to obtain pending permits (RCIS not acceptable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekend shifts required.
- Willing to consider first-time travelers with relevant experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with coronary, peripheral diagnostic, and interventional procedures.
- Knowledge of Epic electronic health records system.
- Flexibility to accommodate a block schedule.
