Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individualized needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Respond effectively to trauma and emergency situations, including Level I Trauma protocols.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience.
- Valid and current driver's license.
- Level I Trauma experience is required.
- Ability to work 48 hours shifts.
- Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines.
- No pending licenses.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a large, acute care hospital setting.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
