Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients at a healthcare facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of clinical practices and documentation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
