Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room environment, ensuring timely and accurate treatment.
- Float between units as needed, following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and safety protocols.
- Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
- Support patient and family needs during critical situations, maintaining a compassionate approach.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ER or trauma experience is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
