Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 13-week assignment, potential for locum or per diem at the same rate as travel
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and score polysomnographic recordings for sleep studies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with sleep medicine equipment, ensuring high-quality recordings
- Prepare and maintain sleep study equipment and reports
- Collaborate with clinical team to deliver accurate sleep diagnostics
- Adhere to all safety and procedural guidelines in sleep monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a polysomnographic technician/technologist
- Current licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist in Virginia
- Active RPSGT certification
- Current AHA BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior work in a sleep clinic or similar healthcare setting
- Experience working with a variety of sleep medicine equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct recording artifacts efficiently
