Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan procedures across various protocols including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstructions.
• Review requisitions for completeness and verify patient details, diagnosis, and requested exams.
• Adjust equipment and select technical factors to produce optimal diagnostic images.
• Utilize standard positioning techniques and select appropriate protocols to ensure high-quality imaging.
• Administer IV and oral contrast, document procedures, and complete related paperwork accurately in systems such as Cerner.
• Complete examinations efficiently, including screenings and consents, while maintaining timely workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Current MD state license prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of CT imaging experience; new travelers with prior experience accepted.
• Certification in BLS, AART, and AART advanced certifications.
• Proven experience in imaging regions such as abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstructions.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage procedures, myelography, transplant studies, and PET/CT is highly desirable.
