Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures within the Operating Room.
• Assess patient conditions and anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Support the surgical team through effective communication and resource management.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the perioperative process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care aligned with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Montana or appropriate multi-state license.
• Experience in an Operating Room setting preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control procedures.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous OR nursing experience in a surgical setting.
• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules.
