Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated nursing care to patients in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit within a Level I Trauma Center.
• Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and monitoring according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently in electronic health records.
• Respond effectively to patient needs, including on-call situations as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Current RN license in good standing, in compliance with NLC guidelines.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working night shifts.
• Familiarity with large hospital operations and protocols.
• Trauma or emergency department experience preferred.
