Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings
• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on ongoing therapy and injury prevention
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
