Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide therapy sessions to patients of various ages based on assessments.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing health.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Proven experience in providing speech therapy services.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and treatment approaches.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a clinical or school setting.
• Bilingual skills or experience serving diverse communities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
