Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve patient mobility, hand-eye coordination, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress according to established protocols.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Valid state license or registration as required.
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
