Key Responsibilities
- Circulate on cesarean sections and assist in high-risk OB cases.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for a culturally diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Support patients and families through labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in labor and delivery.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience circulating on cesarean sections.
- Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients.
- Comfortable working with a diverse patient population.
