- Full-time, Day shift, Outpatient clinic, Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiology patients in an outpatient setting.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings within an EPIC electronic charting system.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Educate patients on cardiac health, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Adapt to float as needed within related units based on skillset and departmental needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a background in Cardiology.
- Current and valid registered nurse license.
- Ability to work in an outpatient cardiology clinic environment.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills.
