Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to clients across various settings
- Assess communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven experience providing speech therapy services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans for diverse client needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or school setting
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
