Job Title

• Travel, Nights, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric patients in the ICU setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient emergencies.
• Perform procedures such as IV starts, central line dressing changes, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner system.
• Float to Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year PICU experience.
• Ability to work nights, including weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Experience with pediatric critical care equipment and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ventilator management and ICP monitoring.
• Knowledge of pediatric or neonatal care best practices.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced ICU environment.
