Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and Treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care provided.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a LTC or SNF environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and standards in senior care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication skills and compassion for senior residents.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
