- Full-time, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust nursing care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate medical and nursing management.
- Consult with specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vermont or multi-state RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of emergency room nursing experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with Meditech or ability to learn hospital electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC certification is preferred.
- Experience working in rural or high-volume emergency settings.
