• Travel, 12-week assignment, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans to produce detailed images of internal body structures without using X-rays.
• Operate GE Discovery 450 MRI equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, dress code requirements (all black scrubs), and documentation procedures.
• Provide excellent patient care, maintaining a 1:1 patient-to-tech ratio.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Ability to work independently, be flexible, and work nights and weekends as required.
• Critical thinker with adaptability and excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (considered a plus).
• Experience working with GE MRI systems, specifically GE Discovery 450.
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
