Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical needs with timely interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients and staff
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work night shift hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ( ACLS) is a plus
