Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to clients of all ages.
• Assess communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support clients in achieving their communication goals through evidence-based practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Proven experience in speech and language therapy.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and applicable state regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric and adult clients.
• Familiarity with therapy tools and technology.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
