Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, to assist in patient diagnosis.
- Operate imaging equipment following safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate image capture and patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of imaging equipment.
- Complete necessary charting and documentation using electronic health record systems.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience performing X-ray procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Ability to adapt to different departmental needs and on-call requirements.
