Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary (first-time travelers)
- Shift: Mid-shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday)
- 40 hours per week
- On-call required: 2-4 days per month
- Weekend work: Saturday and Sunday shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures across various hospital units.
- Float between departments as assigned, providing imaging services for critical care, emergency, or other patient areas.
- Maintain accurate patient charting using the Epic system.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification and/or license as a Radiologic Technologist with CT specialization.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably within acute care.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to float responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Epic or similar EHR systems.
- Must be able to work the specified shift schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a short-term acute care facility.
- Comfort working in high-pressure environments such as Critical Care or Emergency departments.
