Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy interventions.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Maryland State Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
