Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Schedule / Job Type: Night shift, full-time, 3 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vitals, interpret ECG rhythms, and administer medications following physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Complete clinical assessments, document patient progress, and respond swiftly to emergent situations.
• Demonstrate compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Utilize ECG rhythm recognition skills and perform safe medication administration during orientation assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months recent clinical experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Ohio license or valid Compact State license in hand.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety assessments during orientation.
• One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty.

• Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to night shift schedule and maintain high standards of patient care.
