- Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for adult surgical, burn, and post-operative patients in a Medical Surgical unit
- Monitor and document patient progress using Meditech EMR system
- Assist with wound and dressing care, including burn and flap patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Operate hospital equipment such as Hoyer lifts, air taps, and wound vacs
- Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or eligible for licensure in Colorado
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Med Surg or similar setting
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle a 6:1 patient-to-LPN ratio
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Wound care experience, especially with burn or flap patients
- Knowledge of wound vacs, air taps, and post-op dressings
- Experience working with Meditech EMR
