Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct, individualized nursing care to medical and surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications via oral, IV, or subcutaneous routes and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, post-treatment care, and injury management.
• Record medical information, vital signs, and patient responses accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, respond to life-threatening situations, and assist during examinations and treatments.

Required Qualifications
• Wyoming RN license or multi-state compact RN license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, with at least 2 years of clinical practice.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical records systems.
• Availability to work night shifts and travel as part of a temporary assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in hospital settings with varying unit needs.
• Strong time management and bedside care skills.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures and patient education.
