Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Work with clients to improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized therapy goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.
• Maintain professionalism and prioritize patient-centered care in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related qualification from an accredited program.
• Proven experience providing speech therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of billing, documentation, and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in schools, clinics, or healthcare settings.
• Bilingual abilities or experience with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Pediatric and/or adult therapy experience preferred.
