Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department using the nursing process.
• Assess patients upon admission and throughout their stay, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations.
• Administer IV medications, therapies, and blood products as needed.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.
• Document nursing actions, observations, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and quality emergency care.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with no hits/actions on license or background.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in emergency or critical care settings.
• Strong assessment and patient management skills in high-pressure environments.
