Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing support within an outpatient OB/GYN setting.
- Assist with procedures such as PAP, Colpo, LEEP, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions and removals, Nexplanon, and NST.
- Perform IV placements and blood draws.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient care standards.
- Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the electronic health record system.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California LVN/LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- IV/Blood Draw certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in OB/GYN nursing.
- At least 2 years of overall LVN/LPN experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient clinics.
- Familiarity with Epic EHR system.
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
