• Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Mids)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to acute changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with emergency procedures and patient stabilization as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Willingness to float within scope as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CEN certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a high-volume emergency department.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Note: Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius of Knoxville, TN, or willing to relocate. Pending licensure is not accepted. The facility requires 4 weekend shifts per schedule period and guarantees 36 hours per week.
