Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• COVID-19 test within 72 hours of start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
• Prescreen completed and attached with submission, including resume and license verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
