Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license in the state of Maryland.
• Covid-19 vaccination with current test results (within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours before start).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate productivity targets (approximately 90%).
• Recent SNF experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy standards and best practices.
