Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans.
- Implement therapy regimens and monitor patient progress.
- Support patient mobility, exercises, and rehabilitation activities.
- Document patient responses and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
