Job Title

- East Lansing, MI
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a senior living community
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using electronic health records (Net Health) and individual iPads
- Collaborate with an experienced rehab team to meet residents’ care needs
- Comply with facility policies and uphold high standards of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with electronic documentation systems like Net Health
- Ability to work full-time during daytime hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in senior living or elder care settings
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
