Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and manage pain.
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and treatment techniques.
- Maintain clinical records and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with orthopedic or neurological cases.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
