Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current professional resume and verified license.
• Willingness to complete prescreening and credentialing processes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (7-year history) in all applicable counties.
• Valid COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of start date, with results issued within 48 hours prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• Recent graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
