Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and rehabilitation services.
• Help implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Prepare therapy equipment and assist during therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient activities and progress.
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to pass required background checks and credentialing.
• Covid-19 testing completed within 72 hours prior to start date, with results available 48 hours before shift.
• Willingness to fulfill credentialing requirements, including license verification, references, and criminal background checks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with patient documentation and rehabilitation techniques.
