Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit and Progressive Care Unit or Stepdown unit.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:4, ensuring quality care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams within scope to meet patient needs.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of IMC experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred.
- Epic EMR experience is required.
- Must be willing to work nights and flexible to accommodate schedule.
- No restrictions on RTO (leave) requests.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU or IMC experience managing 1:4 patient ratios.
- Experience in a Stepdown unit or similar acute care setting.
