Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a busy hospital setting
- Circulate during cesarean sections and assist with delivery procedures
- Monitor patient status and respond to acute needs with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care accurately using electronic health records system
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California or eligible for licensure
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in obstetrics or labor and delivery preferred
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Availability to work on-call shifts is not required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with high-risk OB patients or in a similar acute care setting
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
- Flexibility to float between related units as needed
