• Night shift / 8-week contract

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support and supervision to patients in a high-paced behavioral health facility.
• Assist with addiction treatment programs, including detox, residential, and partial hospitalization.
• Monitor patient safety, handle with care, and ensure a compassionate environment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff such as MDs, NPs, PAs, counselors, and social workers.
• Document patient interactions and observations accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following facility protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of mental health technician (MHT) experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Empathetic attitude toward patients and their recovery process.
• Ability to be active and on your feet during shifts.
• Willingness to handle with care and follow safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in addiction treatment programs.
• Familiarity with voluntary treatment facilities and behavioral health environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.
