Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy hospital ER setting.
- Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor patient status, update records, and communicate with healthcare teams.
- Floats to additional facilities as needed for staffing coverage.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Complete required testing and documentation upon onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.
- 2+ years of clinical emergency room nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Ability to pass a day-one pass/fail test and Relias testing during onboarding.
- Willingness to float to other hospital locations as needed.
- Must not have worked at the healthcare system within the last 6 months (perm, per diem, or contract).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume emergency room setting.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
