Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients on a 17-bed rehab unit, ensuring compliance with treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
- Document patient progress and treatments using electronic medical records (Meditech).
- Assist with medication administration, assessments, and patient education during night shifts.
- Adhere to unit policies and protocols, including weekend and on-call coverage as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Flexibility to float to other units if needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Rehab or med-surge experience.
- Prior experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation procedures and patient care standards.
