Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency room nursing care to acute patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor, assess, and stabilize patients with varying medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
- Experience with Spine/Orthopedic post-operative patients, with an emphasis on Med/Surg care
- Ability to work nights and holidays as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior emergency room nursing experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in acute care settings
