Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform skin treatments
- Conduct patient assessments and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP management
- Perform gastrostomy tube care
- Support resident needs in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii LVN or LPN license, active and in good standing
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (vaccination may be administered during health screening)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Familiarity with wound care, respiratory treatments, and complex patient care
- Strong assessment skills and compassionate resident support
