Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Establish appropriate goals and implement effective therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols, exercises, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association program.
• Valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior physical therapy experience in hospital or outpatient clinic settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
